Red Rose Beautiful Tunic NWT

95% polyester and 5% spandex. Colors of black, red and green. Approximately 28” in length and when laid flat and measured from armpit to armpit it is 23” across. Sleeves are a loose ruche and fall right below the elbows. Feels like a liquid knit. To me this will fit a bigger sized XL or a small to average size 1X . Please see measurements. Peep hole cut out with a gold tone bar across it.
