Red Rose Beautiful Tunic NWT

95% polyester and 5% spandex. Colors of black, red, black and green. Approximately 28” in length and when laid flat and measured from armpit to armpit it is 23” across. Sleeves are a lose ruche and fall below the elbows. To me this will fit a larger XL or a small to average sized 1X. Please see measurements. Peep hole cut out with a gold tone bar across it.
