Red Scoop Neck Tunic With Frilly Collar

Very thin, breezy Decree tunic top with an all around frilly collar, thick bottom panel. Crimson in color. Not transparent, but very soft thin material, perfect for warm weather. Minimal cap sleeves. No damage besides the small hole in the side as shown. Mostly worn under corsets, bought gently used so unsure how old it is.
