This is a red short-sleeved asymmetrical hemline blouse/dress by West K. It can be worn over a skirt, jeans, or palazzo pants as a top, or on its own as a summer dress. You can accessorize it with a belt and a pair of heels or sandals for a complete look. It's in like-new condition and is a size medium. The breast line measures 21" across, which is 42" around the bust. The arm pit to arm pit measurement is 20", and the shoulder measures 14" across. The front length is 23", while the back length is 39". Please note that I am only 4ft 9" tall, so this top can be worn as a dress by me. However, if you are taller, you may prefer to wear it as a top.
