Super fun skirt! Hits right above the ankle on me (I’m 5’6). Stylekeepers brand from Anthro. The outer layer is sheer and super flowy with fabric dots on it (made of polyester) and the lining is a cotton/ polyester blend but is also flowy. Waist is elastic at back.
