Red Skirt FINAL PRICE

This red skirt is from Aeropostale and is an XS. The waistband is elasticized but the rest of the fabric is non-stretch. I also have this same skirt in navy blue, listed separately. Measurements are shown in pictures. Bought a few years ago but never wore it. I would hand wash first in case of the red color staining.
