Red Skirt don't know the brand went thrifting it's a 2X.

it's a bright bold red skirt size 2X got it thrifting one day so I don't know the brand but it's got an underskirt that is stretchy because the overskirt is kind of sheer. it has like a crinkly texture to it even after you wash and dry it...idk about if you iron it I've never ironed it.
