This Baby Girl's Red Smocked Bishop Dress is too Cute! Made by the high-end boutique brand, "Luli & Me". The dress is done in a brushed red poly cotton twill-the perfect weight for fall or winter weather. The dress has a smocked neckline with embroidered floral details. The top of the neckline is trimmed in a matching red piping and has embroidered white dot buds with green leaves that wrap around the entire neckline-Super Cute!! Two rows of white dot rosebuds with two shades of greenery, border a section of lattice design embroidery atop the smocking. Within the lattice work are three embroidered flowers done in white and have red centers. White dot buds with green leaves adorn each flower. The hemline of the dress has two horizontal pin tucks.
