The first number is the LENS WIDTH, the second is the NOSE BRIDGE WIDTH, and the third is the TEMPLE (ARM) LENGTH. There may be additional size information on some frames that can be found on the nose bridge. The frames have prescription lenses. You can replace the lenses your own RX at your local optical shop.
