Red Star Mini Dress

I absolutely love this dress but it doesn’t work well with my cleavage (in terms of how much I like to show). It’s a size XL but fits like a S/M. I have no idea what the brand is, it was bought boutique. For reference: I’m 5’8, a typical size M (6) and bra size 32D
