sienna_sjostrom @elfieinblack okay so the fabric is some sort of slightly stiffer polyester- somewhat thick but light 😂. the waist size is around 28.3 inches and the skirt is full but not super poofy if any of that makes sense. I'll post a pic of the fabric in a minute
