Red Floral Boutique Caftan Dress

I purchased this from a small boutique in Croatia but it is made in France. I loved it so much that I bought in 2 colors and I’ve never worn this one. Would fit many sizes with the flowy style and tie waist. I am 5’3 and this goes almost to the floor on me. Butterfly sleeves. Beautiful seem detail on sides. Can tie at waist or not; tie comes off and on easily
