Size 42 IT which is equivalent to a women’s size 4. Armpit to armpit is 19 inches across laying flat. Shoulder to hem is 30.5 inches long. The underside of the arm measures 17 inches long. The edge of the shoulder to the cuff is 23.25 inches long.
