Red Velvet Beret Hat

"Limited quantity" Red rayon velvet, lined in rayon print,the top of the hat has 6 section crown and has a elastic band inside. One size fits most up to 22" head size. All of Bella Starr hats are made and designed from my original drafted patterns.
