Red Velvet Tank with Metal Straps

This shirt is actually vintage forever 21. I was surprised as I though f21 was a modern store but the tag looked vintage - did some research and turns out f21 opened in 1984! Red velvet with silver metal straps. Shirt is quite stretchy but obviously straps are not. Marked as large but fits like small or medium. I am in the pics I am a size medium, between a 32c and 34b bra size.
