Red Vintage 1980s prom dress/1980s formal dress by Charisma by Bel Aire with sweetheart neckline, puffy shoulders, ruching down the sides seams and a tiered skirt. No size tag. Hip measurement ~40", smallest waist measurement ~28.5", bust estimate 34". I am not washing this as I believe the buyer will want to clean anyway, and dress is as is in vintage condition. Zipper back closure may need replaced - I started to unzip and it didn't come easily down so I didn't force it. Selling AS IS.
