Red Vintage Velvet Dress

MODA INTL Wine red crushed velvet dress. I’m guessing mid 90s. Super flared w/ a tie in the back for gathering and a more form fitted look. Great for a night out! Has two front pockets! Very good condition, threads a little stretched around neckline. Because of the fit and the stretch in the fabric this could fit up to a woman’s medium. I wore it once when I was a large.
