"Red White And Blue" Mini Dress

This adorable mini dress hits at mid-thigh. Scoop neck is perfect without showing too much cleavage. Back has a V, but there's a strap along the top that keeps the shoulders from sliding off. FULLY LINED!!! Zero see-through. Small tear at the corner of the pocket detail - would be very easy to sew. Otherwise excellent condition. Only worn once or twice a year (to celebrate the 4th of July).
