Red, White & Blue Patterned Short Sleeve Dress

This is a cute short sleeve dress that can be worn on a nice warm day, with a cardigan, or to work. I have only worn this a couple of times - once at work around Memorial Day weekend and once around Fourth of July. There is a belt/strap that comes with it and ties around the back (you can see the holes on each side). When you wear it and tie the strap around your waste, it’s still loose but shows off a more feminine figure (it’s not as boxy as it looks in the picture).
