Red and Black Lace Blouse

This was a gem I found at a local boutique. It’s a glittery, red lace detailed blouse on black with cap sleeves. It’s a size small and falls right on the waist so you can wear it with a skirt or pants. The lightweight material is perfect for spring and summer, but not too thin to be seethrough.
