Red and Blue Ann Taylor Shift Dress Size 4

Cute reddish orange dress with zipper in the back. Size 4 but fits more like Size 6. Bought from a fellow Posher but just doesn’t fit me around my waist. It’s too large. I’m 5’2” and 125lbs for reference.
