@mandymscloset Hi, the top is attached in the back to the skirt. The waist is stretchy. I have a 32" waist and it was comfortable but, not loose. I think it would get to be uncomfortably tight past that. It is a pullover dress. I hope that helps💐

@sweetandswanky that does help, thank you. I'm not sure if it would fit. I think my waist is a 27-28 and my bust is 34A. I'm not sure if it would be to big. What do you think? How does it fit you up top? is it suppose to be snug under your arms or looser?

@mandymscloset The waist will fit perfect. The top is supposed to be a looser boxier cut. I’m a 34C and it was slightly loose on me.
