Made in a custom high end boutique, designer Cynthia Steele. Empire bodice, rouched waistline, Decollete neckline, gorgeous gold keyholes that attach the breast fabric to the straps, and again attaching the straps in the back making it open and sexy with a very classy feel. It has been slightly altered and hemmed. It's a subtle high low cut along the bottom and a small train. Material is very, stretchy and comfortable. Worn once. In excellent condition. Asking $150 OBO!!
