Red and Navy Plaid Tunic Button down

Fitted red and navy plaid tunic length button down. Size says XXL but for brand it fits more like a S/M US women’s size (which is why I am labeling it a small). Worn once. Sleeves have a cute little button back for when you want to roll the sleeves up.
