Red and White Floral Button Up Mini Dress

This summer staple from Forever 21 has gotten me so many compliments! It's short sleeved with slim metallic buttons, a deep V neckline and a short A line skirt. It looks like a polka dot pattern but they are actually small white flowers. It's been gently used, so there are no tears or stains!
