blackbeani81 @keja1 hello! Sorry for the delay. Straight across, measured flat is 14.5 inches. The circumference of the waist is 30.5 inches. I did realize when measuring this that I have the sides darted in slightly (I guess it was too big on my daughter. They can easily be taken out to add approximately another 1-2 inches. There is also a slight stretch to the material.
