Red and black floral long sleeve dress

I've never worn this other than in the photo, and have been holding onto it for years thinking I'll wear it one day. I think it's time to let it go... Very cute dress with ties on the ends of the sleeves. Buttons up (no zipper). Photo: I'm 5'7" and typically wear size S.
