Presumably hand made, decorative western ladies jacket. Appears to be made out of a wool horse blanket, but can’t be sure. No tags inside. Lining is cotton. Decorative accents are black. Appears to be a size Large. Sleeve length is 22”, waist circumference is 40”. Beautiful piece… but too big for me. Very well made.
