Red and white floral button down top

NEW (tags removed) never worn. White with red stripes and floral design. Long sleeves can be cuffed or tab. Would really be cute worn buttoned or open with a white tank and a pair of denim or shorts. Approx 23” at underarm and 25” length at front slightly longer at back.
