nissave @qbangirl7 sorry it's been a busy day =) the skirt is made of polyester and is actually a small but fits like a medium. I will change it on the listing. The fabric isn't labeled but it seems to be polyester . Let me know if you are still interested =)

nissave Laying flat the waist measures 12 inches across and the length is 16 inches. The waist has a lot of give and the elastic allowed me to fit into it when I was a size bigger.
