Red blazer suit jacket with hand tooled leather accents 18

This is a super unique red blazer jacket with hand tooled leather lapel and pocket details. It is a size 18 which seems to be close to an XL. Measurements in photos. there are some small white spots on the collar that look like you might be able to spot clean them out. I have not tried. Other than that this jacket is in excellent, like new condition. Offers welcome!
