katertot816 @hubbleemma hi there! It was given to me and I wore it maybe once. But I don't think it was new when I got it, a friend gave it to me because I love red bull. So for complete honesty it is not brand new. However it has no stains or disclosing (armpit area, etc.) It's a pretty soft material as well, not like an average graphic tee. It's like soft women's shirt material. I don't think it would appear used to the eye. I hope this helps! I can pull it out and take more pictures if you want.
