Red cocktail dress

This dress is a little more on the professional side but still super cute! Perfect for formal cocktail events or sorority gala events! The dress is stretchy and a bright red color that is sooo flattering. It had these little loops on the neckline that have always been there, I’m not sure why and just left them but you could easily cut them off if they bothered you. Some of the seems on the inside are fraying from wear but nothing is coming undone! Length is to the knees.
