I bought this comfy, perfect for autumn skirt in Sweden in ‘01. Can sit a bit hight on the waist if you are a 4/6. Looks fantastic with boots. Lightly worn then stored in a trunk for years. Bright, glorious red. Falls right below the knee (I am 5 foot 6)

reganamurphy @jckerleyt the material content is: 98% cotton & 2% elastane. Does have a bit of stretch which is great. The waist is about 30.5 inches. Does ride slightly high like high waisted jeans or a pencil skirt. Sorry for the delay in responding!
