Red cotton rockabilly polka dot dress

This cotton rockabilly red polka dot dress is cotton and the back has some elastane stretch for a smooth fit. The straps are adjustable (see photos) and though the dress size is medium, it is a little bit on the shorter side. I got away with it at 5’4, would be great for someone even more petite than me.
