Red cotton skirt

Light red cotton skirt from Pins and Needles. Has a tight waistband that sits above the hips. Waist is 14inches across. Length of skirt from top of waistband is about 14inches. Fine condition; very minor pulling in a couple areas (so minor can’t even be seen in photos) and minor indentation on the waistband from the hanger (seen in last photo). Cute bc it’s it falls as an A-line but isn’t structured!
