Red dress with flower pattern from Forever 21!

Super cute and light red dress also has a belt loop on the sides of the dress if you want to add a belt to the look (but can also easily be not noticeable if you decide to not add a belt to it)! It’s the perfect dress for any season of the year and can be worn for both casual and fancier occasions. It also has a matching slip attached (but instead of it being a full dress, it’s just the bottom/skirt area part). Has only been worn a few times so it’s in perfect condition!
