Red evening gown by Kenzel Size 42

I bought this dress from Cengiz Akturk in Istanbul. Beautiful dress looks like new only wore a couple times. Has a small train and sheer top with beading. Size 42. I am usually a size 6 and this is a little loose on me so I would say it fits like an 8. I am 5’3” and am wearing 5 inch heels in the picture.
