Red flare skirt dress

from H&M, worn twice. bright red. very flattering cut. waist is at natural waist. fabric has some texture to it for interest, very stretchy too so can fit many bust sizes well. high scoop neck and cap sleeves. flare skirt. skirt length (from waist) 17”, bodice length (shoulder to waist) a little under 15”.
