The straps are adjustable. The pit to pit measurement without stretching at all is about 19 inches. It’s hard to get a length measurement on this because obviously the straps adjust. But if I measure from the top where the strap begins to the shortest layer it’s about 38 1/2 inches, and other layers make it much longer.
