Red formal prom event dress

The dress bodice is laced and beaded sparkle. Thick material. The bottom is a soft tulle that is trimmed and bordered. Has been in dress bag the whole time. My measurements & Dress Measurements Height: 5’2 - only bottom inside lining was altered. Weight: 110-115 lbs Size: I am about a 0-2 dress size but: - DRESS IS SIZE 4 - it was Unaltered, it was big on me. Chest: 32 DD/34 C Worn once indoors for a couple hours at charity dinner, then changed. Spent $800
