Red halter neck dress

True red adjustable halter neck dress! The size says XS but it’s so spacious that someone who’s a S or M could definitely wear this! Listing it under S (middle ground). It’s a forgiving and flowy dress! The halter top is adjustable and the top definitely works for those petite or well endowed up top. I’m 5 ft 4 in and currently 39 weeks pregnant! Versatile dress!
