Red halterneck formal/evening gown prom dress with train/bustle

Red halterneck formal/evening gown or prom dress with train that can be bustled. This dress is gorgeous and I got so many compliments when I wore it! There is a strap on the inside to help keep the dress in place. There are a few minor spots here and there that I haven’t tried to get out. Measurements (dress laying flat): Bust: 14” Waist: 13” Hip: 17” I could not figure out this dress’s size so please refer to the measurements I took!
