Red lace top dress

Classy, retro lace on top half. Flowing, satin double layer bottom half. Gorgeous deep blue tone red. I dare say the it little red dress. Dress stops a mid thigh (I’m 5’4-5’5). Still in great conditions, just needs a new loving home! I want to keep but have to accept it doesn’t fit me quite right *cries* my hips too wide so the bottom half doesn’t quite flow as intended (40” hip).
