jpuffycloud @coffin_cult Sleeve lenth from shoulder seam is 24", length at back from neck/lapel seam is 25 5/8". Measured flat across waist is 14 3/4", and at the hips, measured flat across is 17 1/2". If you're a true XS, it will fit. I am now a size 4, and it's a bit snug, but I can zip it up.
