Red lined skirt

13" waist, 24" length. Slight pen mark on the left side of the skirt (in the picture) a little lower than halfway down. Not very noticeable unless looking for it. I have not tried to get it out. The skirt has a lining. Back zipper/button closure. 72% rayon, 28% polyester.
