Red midi tie front strapless dress

Custom made vibrant red tie bow front vest mid length dress. Fits a 25-28 inch waist since there is an elastic part. Probably will fit a 26 best. I had this hand made for me by a tailor when I was in Hoi An Vietnam. Perfect length for taller people, not too short. Hits me an inch above the knee. Love the dress but I’ve gained some weight and no longer like how I look in it. One of a kind piece
