Red ornate style sweater

Red ornate style sweater. Almost looks like a cardigan but it stops close to the bottom!so it’s a sweater. vintage. Has some pillage. Brand is Graff Petite and it’s marked a size medium (petite! So sleeves are shorter). Measures 19.5 inches wide by 19.5 inches long. Sleeves are 15 inches long. I usually wear a medium in women’s and am 5’3 for reference. Please compare measurements to your own to make sure it fits.
