Bettie Page by Tatyana classic maroon wiggle dress. Size XL. The 3rd pic shows some popped stitches around the middle. This is topstitching and could be early repaired, it doesn't go through the dress. Since it doesn't affect the integrity of the seam you should just put the belt over it and forget it's there. The price takes this into account.
