Red plaid feminine kilt

Red, black, and white plaid with some yellow and green feminine style kilt. Fully opens up as shown with Velcro and belts to close it. Bought used but never really worn myself. Says size 10 but isn’t too loose on me. I usually wear 0-2. It might depend on how you tighten it, so I could probably fit various sizes. Feel free to ask for measurements or more info.
